Love, Dating & Relationships

In an age of rapid technological advancements and evolving societal norms, love, dating, and relationships have
undergone significant transformations. While the essence of human connection—companionship, intimacy, and emotional support—
remains unchanged, the ways in which we experience and navigate love have shifted dramatically.

Social media and dating apps have changed the way we meet people or find potential partners.
Though they have opened us up to a multitude of choices, they have also created a culture of instant gratification.

The normalization of “hook-up” culture in many societies has led to confusion about what relationships should look like.
Casual encounters and one-night stands have become more common, but they often leave individuals feeling emotionally unsatisfied or disconnected.
The shift toward non-committal relationships in some circles has made it difficult for many to form long-lasting, meaningful bonds.

One of the most prominent issues is the rise of loneliness, despite the interconnectedness afforded by technology.
Paradoxically, people who are more digitally connected may feel lonelier than ever. Social media, while making it easier to communicate,
often creates a sense of isolation when it comes to authentic, in-person connections.

Instructors

Momilani Ramstrum, PH.D.

Dr. Ramstrum learned Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®) in 1983 in Hawaii and immediately became a staff member. She taught and worked directly with SITH® Creator Morrnah Simeona, and she worked with and took classes from Master Instructor Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.

She served as the SITH® Director of Teaching from 1985-86 and as the SITH® California Coordinator from 1997-2000 and 2018 to the present. Over the past 41 years, Dr. Ramstrum has taught IN PERSON classes in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, Romania, and Japan. She has also taught ONLINE classes in the United States, Romania, Mexico, Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, India, China, Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.

Dr. Ramstrum is a Basic II Certified IZI LLC Instructor conducting SITH® Private Sessions in Japan, Taiwan, China, Argentina, India, and Romania.

She uses SITH® in every aspect of her life to achieve balance, freedom, and peace. In addition to her work with SITH®, Dr. Ramstrum is a musician, publisher, editor, visual artist, and the author of seven published music theory, ear training, and composition textbooks. She is also an Emeritus Professor of Music at San Diego Mesa College and directs a choir for the San Diego Community College Continuing Education Program.

Sena Alp

learned Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®) in 2012 from Mary Koehler – My Wild Irish Rose. From that time cleaning is her way of life. She became an Instructor on 2014 and a Coordinator in 2017 Sena has taught classes ONLINE in the USA, Brazil and Turkey and classes IN PERSON in Germany, Romania and Turkey. She is also an IZI LLC Instructor doing Private Sessions in Izmir, Turkiye both in English and Turkish languages.

She experienced the treasure and the freedom of cleaning. Her experience with Ho’oponopono showed her the perfection in more things. She felt more often the purity and the connection with life. For Sena, Ho’oponopono is a very special gift given for us to remember who we are.

Geetika Kaushal Taneja

She has been practicing Ho’oponopono for the past 10 years and took her first SITH® class in 2015.
In her first class, she experienced a deep sense of peace that became anchored in her and has stayed with her ever since,
through all the ups and downs of life.

Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®) is a way of life for her, and she is in awe of the profoundness
of this beautiful and holistic practice. She has experienced miraculous transformations in her romantic relationships,
finding a life partner, creating a loving and balanced married life, and building a business and financial abundance
from scratch by using SITH® and being in the flow of life and inspiration.

She is a Neuroplastician and has studied various healing modalities, including energy healing, somatic healing,
neuroscience, and more. However, when she attended her first SITH® class, she found what she had been searching for.
All the missing pieces fell into place.

As a Neuro Somatic Coach, she applies SITH® in all her work with clients and business processes.
Prior to this, she worked with the Government in developing and implementing policies for the underprivileged sections of India.
She has also worked as a social worker with children with special needs, differently-abled individuals, and orphans—a cause very close to her heart.

After years of cleaning, she felt inspired to become a SITH® Coordinator in 2022 and feels blessed to bring
SITH® to India. She began instructing in 2023.
